A patio and outdoor kitchen, changed mid-build

Very few projects finish exactly as they were drawn. What matters is what happens when the homeowner wants something different.

What the homeowner asked for

A new patio and an outdoor kitchen, and then, once it was underway, some changes to the original design.

How we built it

We accommodated the changes and kept the project on schedule. Running our own crews means a revision is a conversation rather than a renegotiation with three subcontractors, so the work carried on while the detail was settled.

How it finished

The homeowners told us the team was great to work with from beginning to end, that the project was completed in a timely manner, and that they love the new patio and outdoor kitchen.
