Three separate builds that most yards would need three separate contractors for, delivered as one project.
What the homeowner asked for
A pool, an outdoor kitchen and a screened-in porch. On a lot of jobs that means a pool company, a carpenter and a mason, each with their own schedule and their own idea of where one trade stops and the next begins.
How we built it
Because we run our own crews rather than handing the work to subcontractors, the pool shell, the cooking area and the covered structure were planned together from the start and built in sequence by one team. The screened porch gives the yard somewhere usable when the weather turns, and the kitchen sits within reach of both it and the water.
How it finished
The homeowner told us the team worked hard to get it done in a timely manner, and recommended us for any hardscaping project.
